We are committed to making our events accessible and meaningful for all participants.​
Payment Methods

Online payments are securely processed through Zeffy, a fee-free platform for nonprofits.

Cash payments may also be accepted at the door for select events.
Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Zeffy or cash).

After the 48-hour window, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
If we cancel or reschedule an event, all registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Accessibility & Equity
If cost is a barrier to participation, please reach out. We are committed to making our events inclusive and may offer sliding scale or sponsored registration options when possible.
